How the report questionnaire uses your information
This summary describes the questionnaire and report service. Website analytics, email delivery and payment processing are separate parts of the service.
What happens before I see my scores?
Choosing “Show my scores and plans” sends your date of birth, seven questionnaire answers, email address and any name you enter to our server. We save these details before displaying your results and plans, even if you do not make a purchase. We calculate your Life Path number and the three questionnaire scores from these inputs.
What is stored if I do not buy?
The questionnaire creates a temporary record containing your inputs, calculated results, a reference token, creation time and connection IP address. A separate contact record retains your email, name, date of birth, Life Path number, submission time and reference token. Diagnostic logs may also contain the reference token and questionnaire answers. These separate records do not disappear simply because you close the page or do not buy.
Does the current report use an external AI service?
The current paid report is assembled on our server from a fixed text library using your date of birth and selected answers. This report-composition path does not send those inputs to an external generative AI service to write your report. This is separate from the information used by our email-delivery and payment providers.
What changes when I check out?
When checkout creates an order, a copy of the questionnaire record can be saved with that order so the report can be delivered without relying on the temporary record. We use the billing email and first name provided at checkout for the report delivery email. Checkout is managed through WooCommerce; the payment option shown at checkout has its own data processing and privacy terms.
How is newsletter signup different?
The optional newsletter box is separate from the email required for the questionnaire. Ticking it starts a confirmation email; newsletter eligibility requires confirmation through that email. To record the signup and consent, we store the email address, signup and confirmation times, IP addresses, country, page, signup source, a hash of the browser user agent and the consent wording version. Unsubscribing stops newsletter eligibility; it does not automatically erase questionnaire, order or consent records. Purchase and support emails are separate from newsletter messages.
Who can open my report link?
The report email contains a download link with a token-based filename. Anyone with that download link can open the report, so share the link carefully. The link is separate from your checkout or account login.
How long is information kept, and how can I ask about it?
Temporary questionnaire storage, contact records, diagnostic logs, newsletter consent records, generated reports and order records are separate. Expiry of a temporary questionnaire record does not establish deletion of those other records. We do not state a fixed automatic deletion period for all of them here. For an access, correction or deletion request, contact Reconnect; the applicable handling of your request may depend on the type of record and any accounting or legal obligations.
What about website analytics?
A separate first-party measurement system records events such as viewing the page, starting or completing the questionnaire, viewing plans, checkout and purchases. It uses first-party cookies, a random visitor identifier and campaign or referring-site information. Its event-writing function does not include your name, email, date of birth or questionnaire answers. Hosting, security and other services may process technical request data separately.
